Use of the smile:D website and services is intended for adults and for representatives of companies or organizations authorized to contract on behalf of the entity.

Intellectual Property

Website content, trademarks, and related materials are the property of Enrico Focaccia. The software code is released under an open source license as specified in the GitHub repository.

Limitation of Liability

smile:D is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the software or service interruptions caused by force majeure or malfunctions of third-party tools.
